Job Description Insight Global's luxury retail client is hiring for a Mac Engineer. In this role, you will manage the architecture, administration, configuration, and testing of the JAMF Pro Enterprise environment. You will develop and improve best practices and standards for deploying enterprise Apple technologies, providing MAC/JAMF technical expertise to other IT groups as needed. Partnering with the Service Desk, you will identify trends in incidents to proactively mitigate issues before they arise at the end-user station. You will design and maintain a user-friendly software deployment process with minimal end-user interaction and serve as the final point of internal support for all escalations regarding MAC/JAMF technologies, acting as a liaison to vendors. Additionally, you will architect and maintain an Apple Lite Touch MacOS deployment for tech-less support, document all aspects of architecture and processes using company standard procedures, and work with EUC technicians to train on new Apple/JAMF technologies being introduced to the environment. Aligning with the Security team, you will ensure all security protocols are in place in the Mac environment and provide status and remediation reports to upper management on all Mac-related deployments to ensure quality control. This role will start off as onsite and then move to hybrid once ramped up. Skills and Requirements - Minimum 5 years' experience supporting MACs with JAMF in an enterprise environment - Intune device management - JAMF Certified Admin Certification or equivalent - Experience with macOS in an AD Environment - Experience deploying and troubleshooting Office 365 on Macs & PCs - Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially packaging and troubleshooting in a JAMF environment - Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) ITSM and the asset management model - Experience deploying Apple OS - Strong documentation skills to clearly show steps and configurations - Knowledge of PKI, focusing on certificate distribution - Apple Certifications JAMF Certified Expert Certification or equivalent - NoMAD exposure null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
