Job Summary Details: The MAC Technician will be directly responsible for providing manual labor in moving equipment and furnishings for client’s employees and departments.  The MAC technician will set up and take down chairs, tables, podiums, AV equipment and floor coverings as directed in the event setup plan.  MAC technician will use special handling equipment as necessary.  MAC technician will take guidance from the MAC Manager in the performance of duties. The MAC technician will direct 3rd party moving personnel as necessary.

Pay: $31.25/hr

The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Essential Duties:  

Provides manual labor in relocating furnishings, event setup equipment and general move requests  Reviews work order tickets to ensure all move-related services are completed  Follows work schedules created by MAC manager  Completes AGU class set up requests  Handles key and lock requests from clients  Perform other duties as assigned. Job duties may be modified at any time.  

 

Minimum Requirements: 

High school diploma or GED.   Ability to work shifts.   Ability to lift heavy objects, work independently, meet schedules and time lines.
