**Job Title: Machine Adjuster Supervisor** **Responsibilities** + Serve as first line supervisor for Bag Catchers and Utility personnel. + Assign employees to production lines and ensure all machines run on schedule and at production speed. + Monitor bag production, conduct hourly quality checks, and address any defects or unnecessary waste. + Assist with machine changeovers and order changes, ensuring timely completion. + Clean and repair machines as necessary. + Ensure work is done safely and employees follow safety procedures. + Submit accurate daily production reports. + Schedule employee breaks and provide relief as needed. + Evaluate employee performance and administer counseling or disciplinary actions. + Train new employees or assign trainers. + Ensure workers are supplied with necessary materials. + Maintain clean work areas. + Refer employees to Human Resources for complaints or grievances. + Distribute paychecks to subordinates. + Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, including food safety. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical skills + Machine operation + Mechanical troubleshooting + Setup/changeover + Blueprint reading + CNC operation + Shear and drill press operation + Machining and machine operating + Lathe operation + Hand tool usage + Machine setup + Mechanical aptitude + Mill operation + Extrusion + Plastic and brake press machine operation + Mechanical assembly **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine operation + Setup/changeover proficiency + Adjustment skills + Proficiency with hand tools **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
