To provide support to the Amcor Healthcare Packaging Oshkosh by assisting in the operating of machines to produce customer orders in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

$20.36/hour + $1.20 night shift premium and 1.5x pay on Sundays
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilitiesPromotes safety culture by positively communicating safety concerns/risks to co-workers, Leads, Supervisors, Managers, visitors, and all others in the AHPO facilityPerforms job duties in accordance with documented procedures and instructions to ensure quality standards are met or exceededAssist Operators with machine setups, basic troubleshooting, roll changes, machines jams, and other adjustments in safe manner and according to proceduresPerform roll changes, return to stock, prep job jackets, print labels, and assisting operators with setups.Backup to operator: runs through breaks, meetings, and other times as neededPerforms housekeeping duties per 6S requirements to ensure a clean and safe work environmentNavigate AMS to read, interpret, and print specsOperate tilt lock, bander, and pallet jackActively support and participate in Continuous Improvement effortsFollow all GMP, ISO, and PPE proceduresAssumes additional job related projects and tasks as they are assignedWHAT WE VALUE
