Job Title: First Shift Machine Builder1st Shift Full Benefits Zeeland, MI $25/hr-$32/hr (based on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking skilled First Shift Machine Builders to join our team. This role involves building full assembly lines, from initial construction to plant launch, using computer models in CAD. The position offers a flexible start time of 6:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with minimal Saturdays and around 45-50 hours of work per week once fully trained.

Responsibilities:

Build full assembly lines for automotive vehicle components in-house.Work on custom kits and spend time in the plant putting them together and getting them operational.Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to execute product line builds.Troubleshoot and bring innovative ideas to customize builds and ensure functionality.Work off computer models in CAD for the builds.Participate in a team determined by skill levels for project execution.

Essential Skills:

At least 4 years of machine building experience.Ability to build from both blueprints and schematics.Experience in custom builds, machine repairs, teardowns, and rebuilds.Proficiency in building or repairing hydraulics and pneumatics

Work Environment: The work environment is very clean, well-lit, and temperature controlled. The team will work with advanced CAD systems and have access to a break room with amenities. The role involves no travel beyond local plant installations.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00
