Job Description
The Machine Assembler will be responsible for building custom machines by reading and interpreting assembly diagrams, positioning parts, and assembling machines to ensure they function correctly. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and an aptitude for mechanical systems.
ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, bills of material, and parts list.Assemble, install, and align components and sub-assemblies in the correct order.Fabricate parts, as needed, by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment such as mills, lathes, saws, and various measuring tools.Use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and specialized equipment to assemble machines.Resolve assembly problems by consulting engineering.Essential SkillsExperience using hand and power tools to assemble machinery.Experience using blueprints and schematics.Troubleshooting skills.Welding experience.Forklift operation experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-year technical degree (nice to have)Forklift experienceWelding experienceWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
Our facility is clean, well-lit, and organized, with about 25 employees between the shop and office. The standard shift hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00
