**Job Title: Machine Fabricators** **Job Overview:** We are a fast-growing company producing heavy industrial equipment. We are looking to expand our team with skilled Machine Fabricators. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate in a team setting within a machine shop to construct and assemble machinery. + Install mechanical parts onto machine frames produced by the machine shop. + Utilize measuring tools, precision instruments, power tools, and hand tools to assemble machines. + Follow manuals, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise assembly. + Work with a partner to complete tasks, including heavy lifting. **Required Skills:** + Mechanically inclined with at least 3 years of experience in a mechanical trade (e.g., Automotive Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Machine Builder, etc.). + Proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics. + Comfortable using a tape measure, with a preference for experience using calipers and other precision measuring tools. + Skilled in using hand tools and power tools. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks. + Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to specialized/custom machinery. **Preferred Skills & Qualifications:** + Mechanical vocational training is a plus. + Experience with calipers. + Electrical or manual machining experience is beneficial but not required. + Ability to perform manual tapping and drilling. **Why Join Us?** Enjoy competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement 401(k) matching benefits.
