Minimum requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in cost estimating, preferably in manufacturing or machinery sectors.
- Proficient in Excel
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with cost estimation standards and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Preferred Skills:
- Certification in cost estimating
- Experience with CAD software and interpreting technical drawings is a plus.
