Machine & Equipment Operation
Job Title: Fabricator - All Shifts Available

Pay starts at $17-$19/hr (Weekly Pay)

ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment.Adhere to safety procedures, including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.Follow workplace organization and training procedures, including cross-training and teamwork.Maintain attention to detail and ensure safety and quality by addressing issues promptly.Learn new processes, systems, and equipment.Document processes and perform basic preventative maintenance.Work collaboratively in a diverse setting and participate in conflict resolution.Demonstrate motivation to grow, learn, and progress to the next level in skills.Essential SkillsAbility to operate basic fabrication equipment.Experience in manufacturing (preferred).Quality training, including incoming part quality and proper part loading.Ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. frequently and 50-75 lbs. rarely.Prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling.Coordination of hands and/or eye/hand/foot.Visual and auditory discrimination and memory, independent decision-making, and retention of specific knowledge.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.1+ year of experience with fabrication/assembling preferred but not required.Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.Skills in documentation, team concepts, and basic preventative maintenance.Ability to operate machinery and use safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and hearing protection.Use of proper respirators and other equipment as necessary in the paint booth area.Why Work Here

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
