Main Responsibilities: + Developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) models to enhance data-driven insights and automation processes + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning algorithms and AI functionalities into applications + Implementing MLOps practices to streamline the ML lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring in production Requirements: + Proficiency in machine learning and AI libraries, particularly TensorFlow and PyTorch + Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and lifecycle management + Proficiency with Python for data analysis, model development, and statistical analysis + Strong mathematical skills in linear algebra, probability, and statistics as applied to machine learning + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline + 5 Years of Work experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year focused on machine learning / AI + Experience in manufacturing or industrial industries is a plus + Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy, and maintain ML and AI models in production environments + Highly motivated individual with a desire to help drive vision and strategy + Agile, forward-thinking, and adaptable to changing technologies + Excellent facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
