We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to join a leading global technology company. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance brand suitability targeting and marketing measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into the company’s platform, ensuring scalability and high performance. Process and analyze terabytes of social media data to build models that generate accurate insights for brands and advertisers. Optimize the performance of machine learning models using distributed systems. Ensure rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices for quality assurance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, particularly with LLMs and RAG systems. Proficiency in Python and SQL (especially Snowflake). Strong experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models. Deep knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale machine learning frameworks. Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with computer vision is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Open to exploring new technologies and developing innovative solutions.
