Machine Maintenance Mechanic

Description:

Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Repair, rebuild and replace parts as needed. Complete Preventative maintenance of various machines including determination of which maintenance is required. Complete machine and plant repairs.  Perform machine and coolant tank clean-outs per work instruction. Maintain a safe, clean machine and work environment.  Assist in periodic cleaning and refilling of parts cleaning sink.  Perform other assignments as required by the Maintenance Supervisor including assistance in other areas. 

Qualifications: Must have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding and replacing parts when required. CNC Machines include: Swiss, Star, Moris and Hass CNC Machines  Must have general knowledge of various production machinery within a machine-shop facility  Basic building maintenance experience preferred
