Job Description:

Location: Charlestown, New Hampshire

Whelen Engineering has an amazing direct hire opportunity on 2nd shift for a Machine Maintenance Tech in Charlestown, NH!

Responsibilities:

– Troubleshoot, inspect and repair operations machinery.
– Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production machines and maintain accurate records for scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
– Maintain and repair all electrical, pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical machinery in Surface Mount Technology, Transformers and Wire/Cable/Harness Departments.

Desired Background/Skills:

– High School Diploma with 1-3 years of experience or AA/AS/Technical School with 6 months of experience.
– Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
– Able to stand for entire 8 hour shifts.
– Able to climb up and down 8 ft ladder.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills and manual dexterity.
