Work Schedule:

1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm3rd shift: Monday-Friday, 11pm-7:30am 

 

Job Scope: 

As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly by diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occurYou will prioritize safety, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiencyYour responsibilities will include performing scheduled maintenance tasks, replacing or repairing defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors, and identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machinesYou'll collaborate with team members to analyze and solve complex technical repairs, calibrate and align machinery, and document all maintenance and repairs performedYou will spend approximately 85% of your time addressing machine calls/breakdowns and 15% performing predictive maintenance
