The Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center is located approximately 30 miles from Charlotte, NC. The operator of the Cut and Pack process will be responsible for running an automated system that cuts and packages sandpaper sheets. The operator will be responsible for change overs, loading of material, quality checks and process flow of the automated system. As a Cut and Pack Specialist, you are expected to maintain a positive work environment by following the appropriate safety procedures.

Maintaining knowledge of all safety procedures associated with the machine being operated
Machine has a feeding system by clamp beam working on idle conveyor, the system is motorized. The feeding clamp beams are placed one before and one after cutting head.
Touch screen parameters provide the possibility to set material width in between the cuts (trim), to have the minimum waste as possible. A recipe menu provide the possibility to save machine setup data for each combination: shape size, master web width, material type, etc. The operator has only to recall the desired recipe to start a new machine setup.
