**Job Title: Machine Operator | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available** 1st Shift: $17/hr 2nd Shift: $18/hr 3rd Shift: $19/hr **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and tending to 1 to 3 injection mold machines, performing visual inspections, packaging products, and conducting small sub-assemblies as required. This position offers the opportunity to cross-train on different machines and departments, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment. **Responsibilities** + Tend to 1 to 3 injection mold machines, starting with one machine and progressively taking on more responsibility. + Operate machines with run times ranging from 60 seconds to 3 1/2 minutes. + Perform machine changeovers under the direction of process technicians, running 3 to 5 different products throughout the week. + Remove products from machinery using end-of-arm tooling and place them onto the inspection conveyor. + Conduct visual inspections and packaging of products. + Perform small sub-assemblies as needed for specific products. + Operate a sonic welder to weld smoothie cups or insert magnets into the cups. + Trim excess flash from products. + Heat up resin to meet quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. + Ability to follow work instructions accurately. + Proficiency in visual inspection of products. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with injection molding is highly desirable and may lead to direct placement. + Familiarity with assembly operations, machine operation, and general labor tasks. + Skill in using hand tools, inspection tools, grinders, polishers, and deburring equipment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a very clean, temperature-controlled work environment with music playing overhead on the manufacturing floor. Our facility is drama-free and not physically demanding, with around 20 people working in production on each shift. Shifts available are: 1st Shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday), 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday with a $1.00/hour shift differential), and 3rd Shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday with a $2.00/hour shift differential). Please note that overtime is mandatory when posted and involves an extra 8 hours over the weekend or on Friday for 3rd shift.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
