**Machine Operator | $16-18 HR** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our CADWELD PLUS team. You will start your training on your assigned shift after orientation. Available shifts include: **Shifts:** 1st shift: 7am-3pm 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm 3rd shift: 11pm-7am **Saturday Hours:** 1st shift: Saturday 5am-11am 2nd shift: 11am-5pm 3rd shift: 11pm-5am (Friday night) **Typical day includes:** - Standing for the entire shift - Working in a small assembly line department - Putting powders into small cups and sealing the lids - Using a scale to weigh the cups - Working closely with 6-8 other team members to meet daily production goals - Performing fast-paced and repetitive tasks - Reading a scale and work instructions - Lifting 30 lbs - Placing stickers and labels on the small cups - Performing cycle counting **Work Environment:** - No cell phones or electronic devices allowed due to safety concerns related to static electricity. - Required to stand on a grounding mat a few times during the shift to ensure no electrical charge. - Machine shop environment - PPE required: 100% cotton clothing, steel toe boots, and hearing protection (provided). **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
