Job Description:
Location: Hopkinton, Massachusetts
CoWorx Staffing has Machine Operator positions available at our client in Hopkinton, MA with lots of growth and advancement potential!
All three shifts are available and start at $18.50/hr. Shift differentials available.

Responsibilities:
– Operating a molding press, buffing and / or deflashing of parts, assembly of parts, inspection of parts produced and packaging.
– Identify, obtain and use proper material, understand equipment operation and sequence of assembly process
– Assemble components producing quality parts while meeting efficiency standards
– Check work using prescribed quality procedure record and notify lead person of any issues, making corrections as instructed
– Perform secondary operations such as marking, packing and labeling
– Maintain all necessary documents such as inspection check sheets on produced parts or equipment, labor cards or change notices
– Check equipment using prescribed preventative maintenance procedures
– Work to eliminate non-value added activities
Desired Background/Skills:
– High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
– Some assembly or machine operating experience is required!
– English language proficiency is required for this role.
