1st Shift – Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, subject to overtime as needed

Pay:   The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.11 + benefits.  Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. 

Responsibilities: 

Pre-operation machine inspection- load screws and hinges.Sort and push door stacks down the conveyor tracks.Use mallet to loosen doors. Load hinge machine with bifold door panels for hinging. Inspect and ensure hardware aligned and applied correctly prior to push off.Pull off cullboards, change bits, restock rails/assist .Reject doors are directed to repair and remakes requested.LOTO certified and use of air gun during clean up.

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or GEDPreferably one year experience in manufacturing setting working in a similar roleAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, bending, constant twisting while carrying product, stooping, pushing, and standing for long continuous hours is required.Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Use a Tape Measure, CaliperUse hand and power toolsBasic reading and writing skillsAbility to add and subtract fractions and whole numbers, convert fractions to decimals* (Exceptional math abilities are a must.)Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructionsAbility to do small repairs on doors
