**Job Title: Machine Operator 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join a leading screw and fastener coating company. The role involves operating machinery to alter screws based on client specifications, including coating, painting, and adding components. This position offers the opportunity to join a union with annual raises. **1st Shift 6AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday** **Responsibilities** + Review work orders to determine client specifications for screw alterations. + Set up and operate machinery to coat, paint, or add components to screws. + Perform three quality checks per hour and document results. + Ensure the quality of the finished products by monitoring the machine's performance. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. **Work Environment** The work environment can be loud and a bit dirty, as the facility is older. **NEXT STEPS!** + Please submit your application to this job posting.
