Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilitiesAble to safely run variety of machines that run similarlyAble to adapt to changing priorities (different machine, team, product) or volumeAble to meet and run standardsIdentify machine deficiencies and bring solutionsPerform daily preventative machine maintenanceOther duties as assigned.This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand. * This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016
Qualifications for the roleHS diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience / training or combinationAble to read and comprehend safety rules, operating/maintenance instruction, and procedure manualsAble to present information to individuals/groups/clients by reports or correspondenceAble to add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers, use fractions, decimals, compute rate, ratio, and percent into bar graphsAble to comprehend and communicate detailed written or verbal instructionAble to solve problems in a standardized situation with some variablesSafety conscious, 5S driven, and recommends safety corrections immediately1 year certification from technical college AND 1-3 years running machines Produces excellent quality partsEngaged to meet production goals regularlyParticipates in team initiatives yet self-motivatedCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
