**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Perform all duties necessary to set up, adjust, and operate one or more pieces of equipment. Select proper job supplies, verify material conformity to order requirements, and load/unload materials onto/off machines. Transfer completed materials to appropriate storage, maintain equipment and work area cleanliness, package materials for shipment, and complete work orders. Monitor required supplies, perform tasks within production standards, comply with employment rules, ensure quality standards, and perform other duties as assigned by the Converting Supervisor or lead person. **Hard Skills** + Machine Operation + Troubleshooting + Measuring **Soft Skills** + Attention to Detail + Team Collaboration + Time Management **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in New Berlin, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** Large, clean manufacturing facility.
