**Job Title: Spray Dry Operator** **Job Description** The Spray Dry Operator is responsible for manufacturing flavors (powders, spray dry, liquids, emulsions, and extracts), specifically in the Dry-Blend goods department. The operator will follow processes according to formulations on each batch ticket, assembling batches with priorities on food safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy. The role involves operating machinery such as mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks. Attention to detail, the ability to read labels on raw materials, and adherence to safety procedures are essential. Employees must wear steel toe shoes, a hair net, and no jewelry. A uniform and locker will be provided. The shifts available are 2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm) and 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauconda, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
