Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Finisher Operator to join our team. This role involves operating ultrasonic machines and utilizing benching/polishing stones to remove EDM recast from hardened contour surfaces. The Finisher Operator will work to meet customer surface finish requirements by polishing die details from rough benching through to finish benching, visually verifying contours and smoothness, performing quality checks of finished parts, and ensuring the finished result meets customer specifications.
Responsibilities:Operate ultrasonic machines and benching/polishing stones to remove EDM recast from hardened contour surfaces.Polish die details from rough benching through to finish benching to meet customer surface finish requirements.Visually verify contours and smoothness of surfaces.Perform quality checks on finished parts.Ensure finished results meet customer specifications.Must Haves:Experience with grinders, assembly, polishing, and grinding.General production knowledge.Skills in quality control, deburring, sanding, and buffing.Ability to interpret blueprints and use hand tools.Mechanical inclination.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Dexterity to utilize small hand and power tools.Ability to interpret work instructions.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is available for 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). The work involves using advanced manufacturing equipment and working in a facility that prioritizes safety and precision. The dress code and attire will be in accordance with the company's safety standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54912.00
