What You'll Do: The Machine Operator has the primary responsibility of managing the operation of the packaging lines and coordinating with other team members to achieve the most efficiency and highest quality of finished goods. + Must be trained on the proper safe operations of the packaging equipment, as well as GMP requirements. + Responsible for flavor changes. + Per shift, maintain equipment clean. + Maintain record keeping as needed. + Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements as trained. + Team member must ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement. + Demonstrate high degree of ownership for product quality, understanding of production schedules and work instructions. + Perform other tasks as negotiated with supervisor.
