Harbour Industries is hiring a Machine Operator to join our production team! This is a full time, ONSITE role located in Shelburne, VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 2nd shift schedule M-F 3pm-11pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operation procedures in a manufacturing environment.Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products.Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product integrity.Work with hand tools efficiently to complete tasks.Read routing sheets to understand and execute production requirements.Maintain accurate production reports and records.Learn and work within different stations, with ability to be cross trained on different machines.Requirements:
Adhere to safety standards to create a secure working environment.Possess basic math skills of addition and subtraction.Demonstrate a consistent attendance record.Have reliable transportation to the workplace.Ability to pass a post-offer company-paid physical/drug screen and background check.Team oriented, flexible, and committed to delivering top quality products for important end user applications.Additional Information:
