Seeking Experienced Machine Operators in Longmont - Direct Hire Position
Job Description
As a machine operator, your main duties would be to set up machinery, prepare proper proportions for batches in a continuous process, and make necessary equipment adjustments. You'll need to interface with a computer system to monitor the batch process. This position also includes responsibilities such as collecting samples, recording, and tracking the product produced. You should be able to work independently as the job is fairly autonomous. Please note that it takes approximately 6 months of full training before you can completely handle the job on your own.
Shift & Pay
2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday) - $20-24/hr + 10% shift differentialResponsibilities

Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position in Longmont, Colorado, in a massive facility that involves a significant amount of walking.The environment can be dusty, and you will be working around and with chemicals.Training will be hand-on, working side by side with a tenured operator, and will take approximately 6 months to be fully trained to monitor the computer system and perform the job independently.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00
