Training includes the set up, operation and routine machine maintenance. The Machine Operator will be required to follow all Quality Standards and maintain production requirements. THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION. Responsibilities + Setup, adjust, and operate equipment as trained in a safe manner + Read and understand blue prints + Properly use gages and other quality tools to ensure production of good parts + Perform first piece inspections, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards + Perform minor preventative maintenance, complete all required tracking documents + Work with tooling and maintenance personnel to maximize production efficiencies + Perform the duties required to record data for SPC, ISO/IATF 16949 documentation Qualifications, Skills & Experience + Ability to perform basic math + Good mechanical aptitude + HSD/GED or equivalent experience + Previous machine operation a plus + Previous Heading experience preferred We consider all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, marital status, handicap, genetic infiltration, disability or status as a veteran.
