Job Description:

Location: Northborough, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking 2nd shift machine operator candidates in the Northborough, MA area working for a world leader in engineered polymer solutions that seal, damp and protect critical applications in demanding environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operates a liquid injection molding press
• Assists in cleaning/loading/unloading ovens
• Review, document and input, readings on work orders
• Package silicone products in package room
• Feed silicone into Extruder Barrel
• Help clean/load/unload ovens
• Able to use a bag sealer
• Safely operate a multi-ton liquid injection press
• Support Quality, Safety, and Environmental Programs

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ years related experience in manufacturing
• Must have command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions and read basic drawings
• Must possess basic math skills as well as computer and data entry experience
