**Assistant Machine Operator (3rd Shift)** **Job Description** You will be collaborating with other machine operators and production personnel to produce cardboard packaging and promotional materials. In this position you will be trained on how to operate, load, and troubleshoot different production equipment with the goal of being able to run machines independently. You may also be responsible for packaging or banding finished product and staging shipment. **Responsibilities** + Assist on production equipment as directed by tenured operators. + Feed raw stock into the machines. + Perform general labor tasks. + Handle packaging and inspection duties. + Load and operate machinery. + Set up and adjust machine settings. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of manufacturing experience. + Ability to read a tape measure or ruler. + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to use hand and power tools as needed. + Proven attendance record. **Why Work Here?** An industry leader in sustainable manufacturing with a focus on quality and innovation this company was voted as one of Wisconsin's Manufacturers of the Year.
