Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 3rd Shift

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $19-$20/hour

What's the Job?

Operate metal stamping machinery efficiently and safely. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Maintain accurate production logs and reports. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
