**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator. The candidate will be responsible for the setup and upkeep of saws and associated equipment, as well as the operation and troubleshooting of dust collection and stacking stations. The role includes performing quality inspections, loading and unloading material into machines, preparing products for shipment, and making necessary machine adjustments. **Responsibilities** + Set up and maintain saws and associated equipment. + Operate and troubleshoot dust collection and stacking stations. + Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. + Load and unload materials into machines. + Prepare products for shipment. + Make adjustments to machines as needed. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of machine operation experience. + Forklift experience (preferably sit-down). + Strong in measurement, including use of a tape measure. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working directly with saws/gang saws. + Ability to operate and troubleshoot cross-cut and gang saws. + Capability to take critical measurements and maintain the use of mold release. + Ensuring product quality (thickness, squareness, width, and length) and proper markings are within specification. **Why Work Here?** You will be part of a leading manufacturer in the Polysio industry, producing insulation panels for the construction sector. The candidate must be willing to work up to 72 hours a week, including 6 days a week. The work environment is located at the tail end of the processing department, involving stacking panels after they are cut. The environment can be dusty with minor fiberglass exposure; protection will be provided.
