**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We have openings for Production Operators on the 1st and 2nd shifts (7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm). Under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor, you will ensure the proper running and cleaning of production equipment in the safe manufacture of powder coatings at our Reading/Warsaw sites. Operators may be placed in Grinding, Weigh Up, or Extrusion production areas. **Responsibilities** + Take ownership of production assets and ensure they are operated safely and per established procedures, guidelines, and industry best practices. + Perform daily production, preventative maintenance, process data collection, and administration tasks as per procedures and control systems. + Report safety, quality, or other issues related to products or production processes to the Team Leader or Shift Supervisor. + Ensure all production targets are met while maintaining the appropriate quality standards. + Attend and contribute to meetings. + Contribute to the investigation of HSE or quality issues. + Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and programs for HSE, Quality, ALPS, or other as may be assigned. + Participate in the Safety Journey, adhering to the principle of intervening to stop work if conditions or behavior are unsafe. + Promote health, safety, and environmental regulations by ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and procedures. + Perform other duties as required for the success of the company. **Essential Skills** + Production + Manufacturing + Quality + General Labor + Assembly + Hand Tool + Extrusion **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
