What We Offer $17.42 per hour 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience preferred Willingness and capacity to follow all established quality and safety standards What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator Identify process issues and follow reaction plans Report all problems immediately to Project Engineer or Team Leader Sort parts for defects Assist in the investigation of defects and customer complaints Complete and document first-cycle quality checks Prepare for daily production Strive to achieve target cycles, sorting, and packaging requirements Complete required paperwork and non-cyclic jobs Collaborate with operators to minimize downtime during changeovers Follow all established rules and procedures Follow all 5S principles Assist in performing 5S surveys Aid in new operator training Collect normal and specialized data Perform other tasks as assigned
