Machine Operator II - St. Louis, MOThe Line Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. This includes safely maintaining, repairing, replacing and assisting in modifying all processing, packaging, and facility equipment in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures. 

Shift / Schedule: This position will work 2nd shift Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:30am. Flexibility and availability to work overtime and holidays based on business needs. Will train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift. 

Position ResponsibilitiesOperate machine in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures Handle empty casesPerform Best Practice quality checksWatch for defective materialsClean and sanitize equipment and facilityPerform preventative maintenanceComplete mechanical repairsAssist mechanics during repairs Perform quality inspections and associated paperwork Make data driven process adjustments Troubleshoot potential problemsTrain other operatorsPerform all work in accordance with established safety proceduresWear all required safety gear and follow all GMP rules and regulations Total Rewards Pay starting at $23.38 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.62 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
