**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Seeking a dedicated machine operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves heavy-duty general labor, primarily focused on preparing and setting up dies for press machines. Responsibilities include ensuring dies are correctly placed in machines, performing quick change-outs, cleaning, polishing, and recycling dies as needed. The position requires handling items that vary in weight, with support tools such as a pallet jack and mini crane provided for any item over 50 pounds. The ability to lift up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance is essential. **Hard Skills** + Machine Operation + Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with support **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Dover, Pennsylvania. **SHIFT** 12 hour shift 7am to 7pm or 7 pm to 7 am. **Work Environment** The work environment is a 24/7 operation with. The setting is dirty and dusty, requiring specific dress code adherence including jeans or work pants, a plain shirt, steel-toe boots with metatarsals, and a flame retardant jumpsuit for temporary workers.
