This environment will be in a manufacturing environment **Pay(PAID WEEKLY)** : $20-$25/hr **Shifts:** Monday - Friday 2nd shift: 2:00pm-11:00pm 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am Mandatory 50+ hour weeks! **Description:** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator and take on the responsibility of setting up and operating high-speed printing press machinery. You will be instrumental in ensuring that we maintain efficient operations with minimal downtime and setup times, while consistently producing a quality product for our customers. Your duties will include operating the machine, limiting scrap waste, collecting sheets to expedite processes, practicing safe lockout/tagout procedures, following accurate reporting protocols, assisting in machine setups, and maintaining the machinery through in-depth cleaning schedules. **Hard Skills** + Experience with high-speed machinery operation + Ability to setup and operate printing press machines + Knowledge of production order and basic corrugated terminology + Proficient in lockout/tagout safety procedures + Experience in mechanical functionality and maintenance of machinery **Essential Job Functions:** + Setup and operate a high speed machine + Must possess sense of urgency in fast paced environment, while working safely + Limit scrap waste, deliver said waste to proper dept. when scrap truck is full, and accurately tag for waste reporting. + Collect top and bottom sheets (dunnage) to expedite converting process. **About Aerotek:** We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
