As a Machine Operator you will:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tComply with safety policies and procedures\r\n\tUnderstand and operate multiple production machines at a time to safely produce a sound quality product.\r\n\tEnsure overall equipment effectiveness in accordance with established standards and guideline.\r\n\tInspect manufactured product and follow quality protocol when defects are discovered.\r\n\tComplete charting and document production activities as required to meet or exceed quality standards.\r\n\tMonitor, maintain and adjust machines during continuous production to prevent machine stoppages and minimize waste.\r\n\tOperate and/or work around highly automated systems including robotic equipment.\r\n\tUnderstand and ensure compliance of all policies and procedures such as the BRC Food Safety Policy, GMP’s, HACCP Principle, ISO14001 and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules while completing work tasks.\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is a Full-time opportunity.

The ideal Machine Operator candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t2 years experience in high manufacturing\r\n\tHS Diploma or Equivalent\r\n\tBasic PC Knowledge\r\n\tAble to read and interpret drawings, review specifications, review work instructions and report line performance\r\n\tMechanical Aptitude\r\n\tAble to work a flexible schedule\r\n\tAbility to lift up to 50lbs frequently\r\n\tStand for 12 hours shifts\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $22 - $23.50 / hour
\r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
