Our Client is expanding in Biddeford, Maine, and we want you to grow with us! Join our dynamic team as a **Machine Operator.** Your role will be vital in applying advanced coatings to create products used across various industries including Glass, PV, Electronics, and Display. **Schedules:** 2:30pm-11pm Monday -Friday $23/hr. 11pm-7:30am Sunday night-Friday morning $24/hr. Floater- will cover all shifts (pay will depend on shift worked) *All shifts will train on days 7am-3:30pm Monday- Friday for approximately 4 weeks **Key Responsibilities:** + **Spray Coatings:** Apply thermal spray, metal, and ceramic coatings (wire and powder) to backing tubes and plates. + **Process Improvement:** Bring forward and implement ideas to enhance operational efficiency. + **Safety & Compliance:** Participate in safety, quality, and traceability systems. Understand and execute safety requirements and emergency procedures. + **Chemical Handling:** Understand properties and reactions of chemicals. + **Operational Excellence:** Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures meticulously. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Machine Operation + **Technical Skills:** Ability to read mechanical drawings, proficient with power tools and measuring instruments. + **Mathematics & Literacy:** Strong reading, writing, and math skills. + **Physical Requirements:** Able to lift 50 lbs. + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. **Core Values:** Our core values define who we are and guide our actions: Honesty, Excellence, Sustainability, Innovation, Respect, and Teamwork.
