**Description:** + Set up and operate machines to manufacture capsules and/or tablets + The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. + Performs set-up, sanitation, operation, and routine maintenance of capsulation/tableting machines. + Clean machines, related equipment, and work areas, using water, solvents, and other cleaning aids after each batch and at the end of the day. + Cleans equipment after and between runs, ensures capsulation/tableting machines and area are always sanitary and reports any issues of sanitation to supervisor. + Read work orders and Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) to determine production specifications and information. + Adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, and temperatures, as well as amounts, dimensions, and flow of materials or ingredients to meet product specifications. + Adjust machinery to match capsule/tablet sizes specified on production documents. + Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of capsules/tablets. + Clean storage containers/racks to prepare for finished capsule/tablet storage. + Transfer completed capsules/tablets from machines to drying or storage areas, using handcarts, storage containers, etc. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
