**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Seeking a diligent Machine Operator to handle the safe and efficient operation of process and packaging equipment for food production. Responsibilities include changing programs and parameters in chocolate tempering machines and other related equipment, assembling parts for candy cooking and mixing, and adhering to specific candy recipes to ensure quality production. **Hard Skills** + Machine Operation + Food Production + Lifting 50+ pounds + Assembly of equipment parts + Recipe adherence **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to follow instructions + Safety consciousness **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** The role operates on two shifts: 1st Shift from 6am to 4:30pm, and 2nd Shift from 4:30pm to 2am with a $2.00 premium.
