**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Responsible for operating and overseeing either a lamination or slitter machine. Once the laminate product is finished, you will ensure the product is inspected properly. Training will be provided on either a lamination machine or a slitter machine based on your specific experience. You will have the opportunity to test into higher-level roles once you master the machines. **Hard Skills** + Production Worker Experience + Machine Operation **Soft Skills** + Openness to learn a skill **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Caldwell, Ohio. **Work Environment** Standard production environment. This is not an assembly line facility. The facility has around 100 employees. The dress code entails pants and steel toes.
