**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Our client is a manufacturer of landscaping materials. Specifically, the Noblesville, IN location is a leading provider of mulch. The mulch is not made on-site but is brought in from suppliers. The facility is responsible for packaging and shipping the mulch to stores like Lowes and Home Depot. The mulch is distributed outside of the facility, ran through a machine, and then packaged at the facility through automated machinery. This individual will be responsible for assisting the designated machine operator or production team in a variety of functions including, but not limited to, clean up, yard work, warehouse tasks, production, utilities, material handling, and other duties. Tasks include manually moving freight, stock, raw materials, and finished materials, or performing other general labor. This includes all manual laborers not elsewhere classified. **Hard Skills** + Machine Operator Experience + Sit-down Forklift Experience **Soft Skills** + Strong work ethic + Comfortable working in a dirty environment + Good tenure **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Noblesville, Indiana. **Work Environment** Candidates will need to be comfortable working in an environment that is somewhat exposed to the elements. This is not a temperature-controlled facility. The facility has heat in the winter but is not cool in the summer. Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
