**Job Title: Extrusion Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as an Extrusion Operator, where we pride ourselves on manufacturing high-quality plastic film and sheet used across various industries including graphic arts, medical, aerospace, and automotive. In this role, you will support the Extrusion Technician by assisting with the setup of the production line to ensure raw materials are continuously loaded and all end-of-line tasks function properly. Responsibilities include moving and loading materials for specified jobs, preparing the line for operations, setting up designated packaging, following all required process documentation, and unloading and packing finished goods. **Hard Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Extrusion experience + Ability to read and write English **Soft Skills** + Understanding of Safety Policies **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in WALLINGFORD, Connecticut. **Work Environment** Our facility has recently expanded with a new addition and ongoing renovations to enhance our workspace.
