Temp-to-Hire position$13.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 06:30pm to 06:30am)Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirementsDemonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required timeMaintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaceReports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor Responsible for safety and quality throughout productionResponsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintainedPerforms other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager Follows all company policies and proceduresMachine Operator Qualifications:
Experience working in a Manufacturing EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentUnderstand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety trainingMust be able to understand verbal and written instructionsTroubleshoot problems and report issuesMust work well in team environmentAbility to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shiftApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
