Job Description:
Location: Springfield, New Jersey
CoWorx Staffing Services in conjunction with a company that provides quality plastic packaging and containers, is currently recruiting for a 2nd shift Machine Operator.
Responsibilities:
• Follow all employer safety and health regulations as required by company policies, procedures and practices.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all downstream equipment to meet or exceed company established safety culture.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
• Perform necessary Operator Checklists
• Responsible for producing and/or packing the best quality product at all times which meet or exceed company expectations and customer quality expectations.
• Ensure all raw material lot numbers are properly obtained and recorded as required.
Desired Background/Skills:
• At least 1 year of recent experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. throughout the entire shift
• Dependable and reliable attendance Ability to come to work promptly and regularly and to be a team player
• *MACHINE OPERATION IN PLASTIC A PLUS

• 2nd shift – temp to hire – 3:00pm to 11:30pm
