**Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to read a tape measure, possess a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate a strong focus on safety for themselves and others. Forklift experience is highly desirable, and heavy manufacturing is ideal. Most positions will be on 2nd shift, but candidates must be willing to train on 1st or 3rd shift initially. In this role, you will perform a variety of production operations, including the operation of shear, crusher, wheelabrator, sorting equipment, washer-dryer, blending, and briquetting press. You will set up, run, and troubleshoot machinery used to process titanium revert and create blends for EB/Plasma melting. Additional responsibilities include assisting with maintenance and repair of machinery, operating forklifts and other equipment, performing clean-up operations, and completing shop floor data paperwork accurately. Training in fire prevention and firefighting techniques, as well as cross-training in other cells, is required.
