We are currently hiring for a large, best in class manufacturer in the Milford area seeking reliable, enthusiastic people to join the team. Available Work Schedules: 7am – 7pm, 12 Hour shift. 3-4 days/week, alternating weekends. OR 7pm – 7am, 12 hour shift. 3-4 days/week, alternating weekends. Machine Operator – Molding Machine + Responsible for startup, shut down and overall operation of machine. This includes loading machine with parts, unloading product and changeovers. + Ensure a constant supply of parts and materials at all times to avoid delays in production. + Must be able to meet production, quality and safety standards. + Assist in maintaining inventory control. + Keep and maintain daily records. + Ability to troubleshoot problems and share ideas for continuous improvement. + Quickly identify and report any machine issues or product defects. + Excellent reliability required: excellent attendance and punctuality. + Must be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner and work well with others as well as independently. Must have some previous manufacturing experience.
