**Machine Operator:** **Job Description:** + Perform a variety of production operations, including the operation of shear, crusher, wheelabrator, sorting equipment, washer-dryer, blending, and briquetting press. + Set up, run, and troubleshoot machinery to process titanium revert and create blends for EB/Plasma melting. + Assist with maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment as needed. + Operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and other equipment to load, unload, and transport supplies, materials, and equipment. + Perform clean-up operations in all areas of the facility. + Complete work assignments according to production requirements and become proficient on all necessary functions of the mobile computers. + Train in fire prevention and firefighting techniques to contain titanium fires. + Communicate necessary information to relief employees and evaluate work areas and equipment at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure safety. + Participate in and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and communicate concerns to Foremen, Lead Operator, or Manager. + Cross-train in other cells/operations to support cellular manufacturing philosophy and participate in continuous improvement programs. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** Heavy industrial environment with a strong focus on safety. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
