**Aerotek is now hiring entry level** **Machine Operator** **at** **a local manufacturing company in Winona, MN!!** **Starting wage of $20/hr. and up to** **$22/hr.** **depending on shift and experience!** **Offering benefits such as 401k, health, dental, and vision** **Job Description** Candidates will perform various tasks including machine operating, replacing carbon fiber bails, operating a sit-down forklift, sweeping floors, and filling bins. **Hard Skills** + Packaging + Hand Tools + Forklift **Work Environment** 1st Shift: 6:45am - 3pm ($20) 2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 11pm ($22) 3rd Shift: 10:45pm - 7am ($22) Break Schedule: 10 minute breaks. 30 minute paid lunch break. Clean work environment with personalized AC units and mini fridges on each line. The facility has a lot of natural light. Approximately 40 production employees are scattered across 3 shifts. There are many long-tenured employees available to provide training and guidance. Dress Code: Long sleeve shirt and pants. Shoes can be either steel or composite toed. Uniforms will be provided for positions that require them. Safety glasses and ear protection will be provided (one earbud allowed). **APPLY NOW!
